A New Board Of Directors Takes Over GSABeing responsible for the Gaming standards for 20 years now, the Gaming Standards Association has decided to elect a brand new Board of Directors for the upcoming year.


The new team includes team members from famous gaming houses, such as Roman Czubak from Novomatic GmbH, acting as Chair, followed by Randy Hedrick, from Scientific Games, acting as a Vice Chair and Byron Bridger, from Atlantic Lottery Corp, acting as a Treasurer.


Peter DeRaedt, the GSA President commented: “We are grateful for the visionary and steady leadership of our out-going Chair, Adrian Marcu, who was a critical force in moving global standards forward.


“Now we are excited to welcome Roman Czubak and Randy Hedrick as our Chair and Vice Chair. Both Roman and Randy are deeply respected and judicious innovators, and we are pleased to have them lead our diverse Board and Membership.”


The new team elected reflects the diversity of the gaming industry everywhere in the world today and still keeps up-to-date with the developments in the industry. With the change of the Board of Directors, GSA also announced the structure of the Blockchain Committee as the importance of the sector is facing an expansion of large proportions.


There were also those members of the Bard that were re-elected: Aristocrat’s Scott Milford, IGT’s Adrian Marcu, Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corp’s Mike Langedock, Microgaming Software Systems’ Chris Hobbs, Oregon State Lottery’s Syed Hussain, Playtech’s Francesco Rodano.


For the past 20 years, the Association has received expertise from more than 1.600 volunteers from more than 190 companies, all just to create 15 GSA standards in nine committees.


GSA offers their membership suited for every budget so that everyone can participate.
